What happens to my luggage during the departure-day tour?
It is loaded into the private vehicle at your hotel and stays in the vehicle for the whole tour, until the drop-off at the airport. Keep passports, money and valuables with you.
How late can my flight be — and how early?
The tour must end at least 3 hours before your departure. With the earliest start (09:00), the Agadir tour (about 4 hours) suits flights from about 16:00, and the tour from Taghazout (about 5 hours) flights from about 17:00. For an earlier flight, book a fixed-price airport transfer instead.
Can I add a stop at Crocoparc?
Crocoparc is on the way to the airport. Ask for it in the special requests when booking; the entrance ticket is not included and the visit adds about 1 to 1.5 hours, so choose a start time that still leaves the airport margin.
Are the airport transfer prices per person?
No. Transfers are priced per vehicle (up to 4 passengers). 5–8 passengers need 2 vehicles, and so on. The departure-day tours are priced per person.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment is online only (PayPal or card) when you book. Cancellation: full refund 48 hours or more before the start, 50% between 24 and 48 hours, no refund within 24 hours.
Which details do you need for an arrival transfer?
Your arrival date, the pickup time (your landing time), the number of passengers and your flight number. Exact meeting details are confirmed after booking.
